Fast Forward Grant Funding
The Fast Forward Grant, formally known as the Workforce Credentials Grant Program, offers state-subsidized tuition to individuals who have lived in Virginia for at least one year. The grant pays two-thirds of the individual’s tuition for eligible residents. The subsidized tuition amount doesn’t need to be paid back as long as the student finishes in the scheduled time frame.
Workforce Funding (WIOA)
We are a State approved Vendor for the Workforce Program that offers training resources for those who qualify. This program is administered through your Workforce Center. If you have been laid-off, receiving unemployment or SNAP benefits, you may be eligible for a grant to pay tuition. Contact a 2020 CDL Driving School representative to point you in the right direction.
Veteran Funding (GI Bill®)
2020 CDL Driving School is approved for Veteran Educational Benefits and is approved to offer GI Bill® educational benefits by the Virginia State Approving Agency. We are committed to helping Veterans transition into successful careers.
Guaranteed Funding
All students will receive a loan offer regardless of credit. Most over-the-road companies offer tuition reimbursement to help students recover their investment in training. Both financed and students who pay with cash can receive reimbursement. There are no employment contracts to sign!
Other Funding Options
2020 CDL Driving School works with numerous banks, agencies, and programs including College Grants, Social Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, TAP, DARS, and other private and public sources. We assist all students with creating a customized financial plan that works for them and always look for free or low-cost options first. Students always have the option to pay “out-of-pocket” via cash or card.
