Refund Policy

• All sales are final. (Online courses, classroom instruction, and in-car instruction are nonrefundable under all circumstances.)
• Behind-the-Wheel enrollments include a $100 nonrefundable administrative fee.
• Once payment is submitted—online or in person—no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance, completion status, scheduling conflicts, or changes in eligibility.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Students may request a change to their scheduled session at the school’s discretion and based on instructor availability.
• Missed classes or sessions do not qualify for a refund or prorated credit.
• No certificate of completion will be issued until all fees have been paid in full.

Payments

• Payment must be made in full before instruction begins unless otherwise arranged.
• Down payments may be accepted at registration; remaining balances must be paid to the instructor on the first day of instruction.
• Returned checks incur a $50 fee.
